Return window
Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging with all accessories.
How to start a return
Go to your orders, select the item, and choose “Return”. Our team will arrange a pickup.
Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
